Pascal welcomes you into his universe of gastronomy, inviting you to join one of the
different workshops in his culinary laboratory, a professional food lab. For more than twenty years Pascal has been passionate about gastronomy from starters to desserts, from catering to patisseries. Here, you will discover, or rediscover, recipes from the past, from afar, or avant-garde concoctions - recipes that marked our childhood or left a lasting memory. Until recently Pascal's laboratory was only open to professionals, but now you too can learn to cook some of his simple and original recipes. He will show us that culinary arts are above all a question of the heart and not necessarily expertise. After the cooking lesson you'll be able to taste your delicacies at the chef's table
in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
